  • Worst rental ever. 20 min shuttle ride from the airport, bus driver was bouncing us around the entire ride and driving like an idiot. They failed to recognize insurance I purchased when I made the reservation, $89 down the drain. Waited in line for 45 min at midnight, I was the only customer. The car was damaged but so dirty it was difficult to tell. They did not help with the inspection, which would not matter since the parking lot was too dark to conduct a descent search for damage anyway. The car smelled like someone had smoked a carton of cigarettes in it recently, and the windows were too dirty to drive anywhere safely, I had to stop and clean them at the first gas station I saw. The idiot driving the shuttle wouldn't help us load our luggage, but seemed to be amused by my girlfriend having to lift her bags into the bus. There was no one around to check us in when we returned he car. I had to park and find someone. One of the tail lights on the car was blown out, luckily I did not get pulled over because of it. All in all it was the worst car rental experience I have ever had and that's am saying a lot as I drive rentals 8 months every year. Do yourself a favor and rent from somewhere else. Businesses like this should not be able to survive in America.
