  • Never order from here online, or from the store if an item is not in stock at the time. This company is terrible. Below is the note I sent Living Spaces: Ordering through your company has been the worst experience I have had in quite a long time. First you guys missed a confirmed delivery around father's day, not bothering to call us while we were waiting around the house. We had to call and were told that the item was on backorder and that you had no idea when it would arrive. Then, the week of 7/18 you finally stated called and stated that the item MIGHT be in stock the following week, we stated that we would be on vacation, but ok. On 7/26 we received a confirmation call that our item would be delivered on 7/27. Since we were out of town we chose option 2 to deny this. My wife then called and rescheduled the delivery for 7/30. On 7/27 we then received a text that the driver was on his way. We called immediately and were told over and over again that we would be charged a missed delivery fee (despite the fact that we never agreed to this delivery date). Finally after 30+ minutes on the phone we were able to convince your CSR to NOT charge us a fee and deliver the items on 7/30. (She stated someone would call us on 7/28 but they never did so we called and confirmed the delivery). On 7/30 the delivery men arrived and began putting together the piece. After a good period of time for assembly they notified me that the manufacturer had sent the wrong hardware. When I was put on with a CSR I was told they could deliver the new hardware by 6pm and midnight. Fed-up I just told them to take the bed back and give me my money back. Subsequently I was called by a CSR telling me they needed my credit card to process the return. When I called back I spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone trying to get my refund back to what you guys charged me, because there were delivery and restocking fees applied all over. The poor CSR couldn't find out how to get the total back to what you guys charged me. She has had to forward my case to finance because of the idiocy of your system. I am now awaiting a call back from you and am letting you know that, unless I hear back and have an adequate response to this message, that I will file a BBB report as your company has tried to scam me out of money on multiple occasions. I feel sorry for the people who work for you as they seem like nice people that have to deal with a system setup to scam people out of money. This is behavior that you expect out of a small bargain basement store, not a company like Living Spaces.
