Second time there for lunch, a few years since the last time. Same experience. One guy serving who mostly was in the back room. Friendly and polite but not "there" often enough to give good service. Food so-so, nothing special. The place looks worn and not in a charming way. In an "about to fall apart" way. Not one bit of Irish music playing--ok you cannot have it 24/7 but the 60s stuff was all we heard. And WAY too loud for us to talk to each other. It should be BACKGROUND music at lunchtime! So now we have given it another chance and that will be the last chance. Too many other places with much better service and a more comfortable atmosphere.
