  • how do i give zero stars? I'm looking at changing my cardiologist. I went in for questions about how they could help. The front receptionist with reddish brown hair (younger white lady) treated me like I was nuisance . She even rolled her eyes when I walked in the door. Apparently I interrupted her phone call. I then asked for a business card to the office manager to complain and she told me she wasn't interested. Interested in my business? As a receptionist her sour face is the first face future patients see. Her attitude is the first welcoming people get when walking through the door. Horrific service. She should be working in a haunted house shed be perfect!
