Had a follow up appointment that I forgot I had booked, when the manager Susan called to confirm I told her I was cancelling. She asked why and I explained that I was upset about my cut and further was not happy that my email to the salon and post of Facebook for them to contact me was ignored. She asked me to resend to her personal email at salon (which I did however she never acknowledged that she received it or followed up after). She did say that if I came back she would have a senior stylist give me a complimentary haircut. I was there today after much anxiety (I actually couldn't sleep and wanted to cancel) and had my hair colored partial highlights with Hannah who did a great job. I decided to forgo the haircut cause I need my hair to grow out and a cut right now 6 weeks after would be too short. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, although I felt awkward at first. I will have someone else cut my hair in the future but I will have Hannah do my color again.
