  • Diagnosed our dog with an inner ear infection, but didn't give him any antibiotics. Neither the tech nor the vet took any time to talk to our dog to help make him feel as at ease as possible before examining him. The vet said if it was her, she would not do any tests. Email recapping the visit said we declined taking tests. She said they had limited medication at their location. No antibiotics at a 24HR Emergency Pet Hospital???? Then why not give us a prescription for our regular vet? $135 WASTED!!! Three days later, went to another vet when he was getting worse and spent only $65 including the antibiotics and that vet will come into her office after hours if there is an emergency, so no need to go to an animal hospital.
