  • DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They are a Scam. My mom paid for 3 years in advance and asked them what it covered. They gave her a list that included her AC, she specifically asked if they would cover it if it went out being it was an older unit. Of course they said yes. Fast forward a year. My mom got diagnosed with cancer and is going thru treatments now and of course her AC goes out. She calls Choice and they send out a technician. Well they denied her claim because according to them she never got it serviced and the coils looked damaged. Well they were looking at the wrong pics, my mom talked to the tech and he said the pics I sent did not show any of that. She reached out and explained they must be mistaken. They sent her an email that it would get fixed today and guess what... Yup denied her claim again because it was dented... Wow, my mom gets her ac serviced e wry year and has paperwork to show and they denied her for a dented AC unit.. Don't waste your money. They will not replace anything. My husband works for Channel 3 in Phoenix we are having 3 on your side get involved
