  • I'm starting to be the queen of hospitals... Ugh. Metro is in a nice but-not-too-fancy building. It isn't a overly sterile scary feeling place like other hospitals (coughCCFcough). Employees are also approachable. At other places I am mostly verbally directed and it is hard to find help. But here.. the Help Desk had TWO people working! And they physically got up and showed me the way. How fabulous!
