  • These guys are crooks. Not only did I have leave my car in the service department for a week to pick it up, drive it and have the whole plastic undercarriage of the front passenger side wheel well flapping all around and hitting my car. I then had to take my car back TWICE to have that fixed. Thank God that was all under warranty. I noticed my car shaking when I drove it so I had them look at it. I then got a report from their service department that my rotors were so warped they couldn't be fixed and that I needed all new brakes and rotors for some ridiculous price around 700.00 for my 2003 ES 300. I took it to Steve at Midas on 19th Ave and Indian School who happens to be a good friend of mine and does a lot of work for my friends that work on the Phoenix fire department. He fixed my rotors and replaced my front brakes for 180.00. He told me that my rotors had a lot more life in them and was honest about the wear on my tires. My car now drives without any shaking and I feel like I am finally in good HONEST hands. I would think in this day and age these guys would figure out that just because I am a woman doesn't mean I am stupid. SHAME ON THEM. Too bad I even have to give them one star.
