  • Not a big fan. Great property however once they have you in, God speed in contacting them. Rent is auto deductible when they can, ie 3-5 days after the first, and getting a deposit back is near to impossible despite handyman and maid services for pristine condition. I asked to terminate my lease which was percieved blasé, instructed they can only post ads and that there's an extra $25 charge. Nothing was done. No renter retainment either when I mentioned I'm moving out. Leaving the state. Leaving this company. Rent elsewhere.
