  • Not familiar with TX fried chicken but can tell you I am not impressed with it either. I would take Churches chicken any day over Bush's. I wanted to taste the chicken liver. It had so much crust on it you could hardly find which was liver and which was gizzard. Went inside for the order and they still got the order wrong. Did not care for the ranch dressing nor the white peppery gravy. Ended up using honey. There was no seasoning on the chicken leg, they give you packets of salt and pepper. How do you add that through all the thick hard crust on the chicken? Not impressed and will probably not return.
