  • Went into this Best buy about a week ago, looking for a new Asus tower with better Graphics card and more memory. Walked into the computer section was greeted, but the associate did not have a name tag on. He worn a silver cross on a chain on the outside of his shirt. He knew a little bit of the answers to my questions, Asus towers were slim to none, sorry I don't like HP, Lenovo or Dell. The associate continued to flounder through helping us. First he had no idea if there were other Asus towers on the sales floor. He did not talk to me about the Geek Squad information (I knew from being a long time customer of BB). After purchasing my tower, I asked for the area where home phones was located. The new associate had no idea, he said over at the end of that middle row towards the end? We looked around a bit and didn't see the exact phone we saw online, so my son and I started looking for car chargers for our ipads and kindles. The mobile department wasn't too busy, but there was no one to help us locate the device chargers we needed. In fact the majority of the sales people were standing around the front of the store shooting the breeze with each other, oblivious to customers in the store. This is the worst store ever for Best Buy. Corporate should consider house cleaning and taking out the old sales people, managers and customer service people and replacing them with real people who have a desire to help others, instead of helping each other recap the game from last night. Service companies really should use robots instead. I am sorry to say but the image for best buy is sinking rapidly.
