  • Bank is a Joke. Closed account for 6 months of inactivity and sent my money to the state. Manager Javier Olarte has no idea how to handle foreign currency. When I originally opened account, I was able to deposit without fees same day. Now they tell me it will be 45 days and $50 because it's a new account. Why did you let me open an account then? First of all why did you close my account, 6 months really? Oh and by the way you can't close the account because it's same day. Phone calls will be made. I know how the system works, I'm not new here as you seem to be Sr.
