  • I cannot attest to the sales practices of this VW dealer, but I would say the customer service level of their parts dept and customer service reps is standard. Don't buy their replacement windshield wiper blades - They were $48 for a Jetta and only lasted a couple months, which is disappointing considering you'd expect higher quality from a dealer and at that price. I still go to Classic VW in Mentor for service and maintenance even though its well out of the way of my work/home despite Collection VW being closer because that's where I bought my VW and that dealer is hands down amazing in every detail of their business.
