  • I have lived here for a few months and already can't wait for our lease to be over. We were given an apt with a door that doesn't even fit the frame right. There are openings and gaps around the whole door and when we moved in it didn't even latch shut.. The only thing holding the door closed was when we locked the deadbolt. Still after maintenance coming 3 times, our door still isn't sealed properly and they refuse to replace it. We have since had an ant problem, a roach problem, a leak into the walls from the apt above us and the water smells like ammonia. Office staff really could care less abut the problems we have.. As long as their paid that all they care about. There is no sense of customer service at all. I really would appreciate to NOT get one of those stupid auto mated responses acting like you care. Start treating your residents like you CARE
