  • I am currently a tenant with this company, which has absolutely no customer service minded people. If you have an issue they do not even try to work with you it's their way or the highway! I remember past places we rented at, they were real friendly and helped to our benefit when a issue was addressed. I feel now that I'm just a flesh sack that puts money out for their gain. I don't like to call them anymore because I feel like I bother them and they are very unfriendly and get major attitude with anyone (my wife has experienced the same problem)! Who really wants to deal with people who obviously dislike the work they are in?! I really can't wait until our lease is up!
