  • I loved this place at first. Nice apartments, friendly staff, great amenities, fantastic maintenance personnel, and a nice view. However, since new management took over a few months ago it has gone downhill fast. Office workers are rude and clueless at their jobs, except for when it comes to signing a lease of course. Maintenance is not as good as it was before. I moved out recently and there are new surprise payments that kept popping up after the fact. To make it worse, you can't pay online like before, you have to pay with cashiers check or money order, which is a huge inconvenience, especially since I'm on the East Coast now and have to mail it priority every time. If you want to be nickle and dime'd by an incompetent staff, this is the perfect place for you. Don't move here.
