  • Meh. Office staff here is horrid. They are rude and don't care. I had a refferal and didn't even need one and they kept calling me saying I needed to cancel my appointments. Um. I have insurance and have been there before, I don't need a referral. So then when I get to my appointment, again "your referral is not here!" so they call my GP and then the lady is like oh you do have a refferal for here, we just haven't updated our systems yet.......ok stop bugging me then! Just know if you actually need a refferal: lord forbid you better have it on file! signed sealed and delivered or wow! Dr. Hyson speaks to you all of four minutes. Well at least he did to me the two times that I have seen him. Whatever. Some days he is waaaaaaaaay behind and then seems like he is having a bad day. Some days he will actually come to the waiting room himself to greet you like a good friend. Thank goodness I only come here one or twice a year or seriously I would change immediately. He has some kind of revolutarionary migraine relief miracle kit you can buy. No thanks.
