rev:text	In deciding where I wanted to go for vacation, relaxation was the number one factor, followed by affordable luxury. As a Platinum SPG Member, the second factor became possible because I was given a gorgeous, expansive suite with lots and lots of privacy. It was really an amazing room and the balcony was as large as many hotel rooms in NYC! Along with my room, the entire resort is picturesque. Walking around the hotel and grounds made me want to constantly take pictures... Which I obviously did! They offer golf cart rides to take guests around the resort, but sometimes I really enjoyed walking because it was so beautiful out. While it was a record low temperature during my stay (boo) so I did not attempt to use the pools, there were a number of other activities that I enjoyed at the resort. My favorites, in a list: 1. Afternoon Christmas high tea in the main lobby the first day I arrived 2. Cactus garden tour right across from the hotel 3. Exploring the pools, koi pond, and grounds surrounding the hotel and resort 4. Restaurants - J&G, Il Terrazzo for breakfast (especially the amazing holiday brunch), and Relish 5. Centre for Well Being and Salon Mila - I felt like a princess; and they constantly keep the spa immaculate 6. Fitness opportunities - the grounds are for golfers; there are tennis courts and an amazing gym with ongoing classes; and challenging hikes closeby (I climbed Camelback and thoroughly enjoyed it) 7. Customer service was amazing throughout my stay with concierge, housekeeping, and front desk all being very helpful and welcoming All in all, I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a vacation. There is something for everyone here!
