I love Kate Spade and have been to several locations, all of which had excellent service. However, upon walking into this store for the first time and asking them to help me find a bag the manager at the time, I think her name was Roxan, was quite cold, and when I asked her to look for a different bag it was obvious she was annoyed. I don't know what she was doing on her iPad that was more important than helping a customer, but I was not impressed with her or her attitude. This is a specialty store, and I expected much better customer service from such an exceptional brand. Very disappointed. Won't be coming back to this location. The grand canal shops and even the outlet stores were far nicer.
