  • I mean this place is great if you know nothing about the beauty industry and you just want fast service that's affordable. But I've been in cosmetology school, I know all about safety and sanitation and products. This place kind of left me disgruntled. I just wanted a polish change. I didn't want a fill or anything, because I didn't think I had enough money and I can just file it off later and fill my nails myself. But somehow I left paying 45$?????? What??? That's out of control and a little excessive and maybe I wouldn't have felt that way if they had done a better job but none of my nails came out with straight edges. They're all crooked, and maybe if I hadn't spent 300 hours in cosmetology school doing nails myself then I wouldn't notice, but come on. These girls do nails daily I was definitely expecting better work from them. Especially if I was paying such an excessive amount. FOR A POLISH CHANGE. Granted, I did opt for chrome, so that is a little pricier but having used chrome and acrylic myself, I can guarantee acrylic is wayyyy more expensive than chrome and I didn't even have the girl use any of her precious acrylic and I was still getting charged like I had. What a waste. And the girl I watched her, she used the same drill head on my fingers as she had just used on the girl's next to me. That was so unsanitary I almost vomited. And the buffer the girl used on me looked like it had been used on every client that had gone through there for the past 5 years!!! You understand a buffer isn't something sanitizable, so if she used it on someone who went to the bathroom and didn't wash their hands she could be spreading it to everyone else that comes after her. I swear I almost cried, and I didn't say anything because My experience with those girls was that I was probably going to get yelled at for requesting clean tools. I paid 45$ and they didn't even use a new clean buffer on my fingers, probably because they're trying to save money or something idk. Or cuz they're lazy because then what am I paying 45$ for??? If you don't know anything about nails or sanitation, I'd say that you would probably like this place, but I couldn't enjoy it mainly because I've been to school so I know what they're doing wrong.
