My Dad came into town for the holiday, so I thought a visit to the strip district was a must. After we bought some necessities at Penn Mac, I thought it would be fitting to grab some biscotti.
Walking in, you are surrounded by the smells of an old Italian bakery. Multiple flavors of biscotti await your purchase - if only I could buy them all! We selected the chocolate almond, black forest, oatmeal, and orange cranberry nutmeg (I think that's what it was called). These double baked cookies are flavorful and crunchy, just like you'd want in a good biscotti.
I noticed a sign above the counter that said "If you come in at 10am (pajamas allowed), you can learn how to make this biscotti..." For $85, you can learn from the biscotti master and take home your creation! That's a perfect date night (or morning)! I know the hubs and I will be signing up for that class and learning how to make amazing biscotti.
My dad and I had a great trip to the strip and he got to take home something sweet from Enrico. It was a great day!
