This place was named as THE best pizza in the nation. Let that sink in for a second. How could you NOT come eat here without having high hopes? I know it's not fair to the restaurant since it's critics and foodies that have given them that title, but it is what it is.
I would by no means rate their pizza as the best. Not even the top 10. But that's just me. Maybe The Old County Inn pizza from Pine, AZ ruined the Bianca experience. Both pizzas are made in a wood fire oven but Bianca lacked flavor. The crust was good but other than that there really wasn't anything that made it any better than a chain like "wood fire pizza" such as Blazed.
For a one size pizza, the most basic one starts at $14. It's a personal sized pizza... really? $14?!?! I didn't think it was worth it at all. The rest of the menu had nothing else appetizing on it, hopefully because they're trying to stick to perfecting their pizza... hopefully.
