I had numerous customer service issues.
The moment I walked in, I was annoyed (therefore ruining the spa experience) to the moment I walked out (therefore undoing everything in between)
Unfortunately I received a gift card from someone for the spa, and they wasted their money.
I would recommend spending your money elsewhere, if you're looking for a spa in the area Hammam Spa around the corner, it's much better!
I even emailed Carene, one of the supervisors at the spa (who I didn't realize was one of the people I had dealt with that day) She called me back and defended herself over and over again, and did not resolve any of my problems.
Spend your hard earned money on a more relaxing experience.
(To add to that - they deleted a post I put on their Facebook page about the poor customer service - and blocked me, I wonder how many others they have tried to silence)
