Positives: No line at check in Secure entrance to elevators Great music playing in the lobby Starbucks in the lobby Nice big gym Gym has Life Furness equipment that allows phone charging Gym is 24 hours Plush thick carpet in the halls Lobby spotlessly clean, open, bright, lots of windows Room has mini kitchen Room Decor is very cool old Hollywood Good shower Big room Ceiling to floor wall of windows Attached to miles of mall Easy to get a cab Negatives: Scratchy towels Bathroom faucets hard to turn Gym missing ab board Starbucks in the lobby does not load card Clock in room wasn't on upon arrival Amenities not refilled first day Tried to call concierge for help with a dinner reservation. Put on hold so long I hung up
