  • I wish I could give them 0 stars. They delivered the wrong cake to my client's wedding which means they also delivered the wrong cake to another wedding. And ruined two weddings!! They went this morning to get a refund on a cake that they couldn't eat. One of the brides is allergic to chocolate and they delivered a chocolate cake instead of the pink champagne cake they ordered. In addition they delivered the cake at 1 pm and the venue doesn't open until 2 pm. Luckily someone was there to receive it. They refused to give them a refund and didn't even apologize. Instead they laughed about ruining their wedding. And the cake didn't taste any better than a Costco cake. I'd expect more for something they paid several hundred dollars for.
