  • I've been coming here for over a year. Today was my 3rd visit. As per usual, I'm extremely satisfied with things overall. Not only with the results but also with the staff. As a male, it was never fully comfortable going to get spa treatments, facials or injectables. Maybe it's just the antiquated stigma that "this stuff is for women". Still, Matt made me feel welcomed and at ease. He's very professional and very knowledgeable. Now to what happened today on my visit. You see, I found this place through Groupon and though I seldom use Groupon, they had a good deal on Dysport. Unknowingly though, I used the allotted amount of Groupon's available for this product. Today, upon my 3rd visit, I was advised that I had reached my limit and that it was not their policy to accept Groupons after customers had reached their limit. I was told this by the owner, Matt. Still, he told me that he didn't want to put me through the hassle of getting a refund through Groupon and would allow me to use it. Let me be clear; he didn't have to honor it. He could have rejected the Groupon and told me I'd have to pay for it by other means. The simple fact that he accepted it was very kind of him and a great display of customer service. Upon further research, I confirmed that businesses do in fact lose a chunk of money when they offer products through Groupon. So again, I'm sure my repeated use of them doesn't help their business. So I think that shows what kind of business Matt runs. One where he cares about his customers and will sometimes take a loss to make sure a customer leaves happy and satisfied. That is why I will continue coming here. The results have always been great and they last me about 4-5 months on average. Matt says that he'll match prices with competitors in the area but his prices are already good to begin with so there's no need to look elsewhere.
