  • 2 weeks ago I walked in to get a facial, young lady in the front greeted me very kindly stated they only take appointments, no walk-ins. She stated her next appointment will be in two weeks so we set it up. So I get ready to head to my appointment this morning I get there on time to find out that they are closed, never did I get a courtesy call from them stating that they will be closing so they can reschedule me. I find this very unprofessional and disrespectful and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
