  • They service uptown! Something not many providers can claim. I had issues with my A/C and called my usual service provider. They concluded that the evap coil needed to be replaced. I agreed to their quote, but never heard back until 2 months later after multiple calls. After a few weeks of waiting, I gave Ross & Witmer a call. They came out and came to the same conclusion. I authorized the work and put a deposit down. A week later the part was delivered and ready for install. Scott & Johnathan were great! Explained the work, were prompt and courteous. Ross & Witmer is my new go-to provider!
