  • I am beyond impressed with this store and the management/staff. I have been all over Phoenix looking for a specific color wig for a play I am working on. I went to all of my usual shops and none of them had what I needed. Yes Beauty was my last stop and I had a feeling I'd leave satisfied. Well, i was right. Brittany and Alize were so helpful. When I walked in Brittany(whose shift was ending soon) was finishing with a customer and once the customer left she came to find me and asked if I needed assistance. Of course I did lol She helped me and explained some things to me and let me know she was there if I needed more help. When it was her time to leave she filled in Alize on my needs so that Alize could help me. Alize and I wondered all through the store discussing my needs and I felt like I was being a pain but she insisted that she was happy to help. I finally made a decision on a wig and left 100% satisfied and happy. Thank you so much for your great customer service! Also, their selection of hair, wigs and hair products is expansive. I happened to find a conditioner that is always sold out everywhere else. Bottom Line: Great Customer Service Great Selection Clean Store
