I'm forced to give this joke 1 star, but that's a generous exaggeration of their quality. In the past three weeks I've had two attempted break ins and my car has been damaged. The first break in and car damage occurred during the several week period of time the management couldn't be bothered to fix the gate that was broken (for the millionth time this year). I've made two police reports, neither of which have made the management do anything. They refuse to add an additional lock and after the first complaint I was told that break ins are just a part of apartment living I should learn to deal with. They require a 60 day notice to get out of a contract but won't tell you what the renewal rate will be until less than 2 weeks before your 60 day notice is due! The management cares only about $$ and not the tenants. They are sweet as can be until they have you hooked. Just last month I was told that they know I'll never find somewhere cheaper than will give me a 60 day guarantee of moving in, so there's no point in trying to get out. I highly recommend doing research before considering this place and check out just how many more police reports have been filed since Broadstone took over this once nice community.
