The wheelchair access room was on the first floor and next to the doors, elevators and casino. all you could hear all night was the music, the casino, and people yelling up and down the halls. The security and front desk did nothing but offer us to change rooms but the room we had was the only wheelchair accessible room left. The wheelchair roll in shower was poorly designed and the shower seat was not stable enough for a safe transfer. Luckily I always bring wash wipes so I had to use those and my friend washed my hair in the sink. Having to walk through the smoky casino to get to the front lobby is not pleasing. The restaurants in there hotel are a big disappointment compared to others. Fast food, poor quality and little to choose from. The air quality is very poor compared to the other hotels we went in to. I would not recommend this hotel to others nor would I stay there. The
Knights Tournament Show was fun.
