  • Been coming and buying tires from this exact shop for over 25 years now. Trying to show loyalty but they do not seem interested in the same. I regularly get quoted better prices elsewhere (including other nearby Discount Tire locations) and these guys always try charging me an inflated price. Every single time I have to remind them of my quarter century loyalty and lower quotes from competitors and only then do they decide to give me a fair price. I cannot ethically recommend this location to others based upon this experience. I believe in the Discount Tire brand and business model/ mission but this location simply fails to meet the high standards that I and other long-time DT customers and stakeholders expect and deserve. Extremely frustrated and disappointed and therefore have to award a one star rating. Which, by the way, is the lowest rating I have ever given any establishment ever on Yelp. Shame on you DT on Southern and McClintock in Tempe, AZ.
