  • It's been quite a while since I've been so my memory is a little choppy, but I do recall being underwhelmed. I remember having had set very high standards at the time, when I learned that this a sister restaurant to Gallo Blanco (now Cafe Tranquilo) at the Clarendon near downtown, which was one of my absolute favorites. I recall everything being good, not great, on that note, I'm certainly overdue for a revisit. I do remember their Al Pastor being excellent, so now I have to go back!
