  • I had a strange experience with Scottsdale Doggie Suites. I booked through a Yelp deal for dog grooming. I was told by them that I could use 2 vouchers for both my daughter's and my dog, to be groomed on the same day. I called to confirm this, and was assured that it was OK. When I got there, I was told by one receptionist that I could, then one that I couldn't! Pretty obvious friction between staff on clear display. My dogs looked fine when they were done. My concerns were that my dogs were quickly led away, with me unable to see anything past the closed door. The second is that I was not given any report by the actual groomer about anything. Instead, one of the receptionists told me that my dog's nails were long...duh, they were there to get groomed! Just an overall uncomfortable experience. They were clearly not satisfied with my $10 per dog tip. Maybe when they move to the new location, things will improve.
