My family and I normally go to the one in Tempe and now I remember why. We went there Tuesday and we should have left as soon as we walked in. The cashier had the worst attitude and was extremely rude. We notified her that my husband has a gluten allergy well of course when we get to the grill the cook was less than pleased that he had to clean the grill for my husband and gave us a dirty look. If you are going to serve potatoes you must at least part cook them because we all added them to our bowls and they were raw. The soups were cold and gross, the red pepper flakes were so old that they were no longer red, who knows how long it's been there for. Cleanliness is definitely not a priority here. Had a hard time finding a table because they were dirty. My husband and brother had the all you can eat. My brother completely lost his appetite on his second bowl. You could see burnt specs on it and it smelled burnt really bad. I tasted it and had to spit it out because it was so gross. When I told the manager he just proceeded to make excuses about how maybe the grill hadn't been cleaned or that maybe my brother had added too much sauce. Then he finally admitted that the cook must have poured water on the hot grill and it removed all the burnt on old sauce and now cooked it into my brothers food. Then when I tell him about how rude the cashier was and how each time she walks by our table she gave me a dirty look. He said well she's just a bit dry, I said no she was flat out rude. He said yeah well I guess I can mention it to her. I went back and have read countless reviews about the rude staff. Wonder why this location doesn't care about customer service. To top it off my husband got extremely sick surely from the cook doing a shitty job at cleaning the grill and from all the sauce cross contamination. Definitely will never be back at this location.
