  • Although I haven't made my decision yet, I was very impressed with the woman answering the phone when I needed to call and reschedule my appointment because of a conflict with a doctors appointment. She was kind and considerate. The estimator, Larry was actually available 20 minutes early and the office called to see if I had returned from my Dr's appointment. Impressive to me. Sometimes, it's nice to mention the good and not always focus on the bad.
