  • If I could give this no stars I would. Simply because there is a serious lack of customer service. I purchased a Groupon for this salon for a shellac manicure and regular pedicure. When I called to book an appointment there was no answer so I left a message. I didn't get a call until almost 10pm! At that point I had already gone to another salon to have my nails done. A month later I tried again - no answer so I left a voice mail. I received a text simply saying "Can I call you later?" I didn't even want to respond but I figured I'd let the unprofessionalism slide. So I asked if she had any appointment for that day to use the Groupon I had purchased and she answered by text "Sorry. Fully booked today." I would've expected a follow up call or at least an offer for an appointment when she's available but that was the extent of our interaction. I ended up contacting Groupon for a refund.
