  • These idiots drop security questions on you in the middle of the night, but not common questions that DON'T CHANGE, like mother main name, last 4 of SS#, birthday, first pet, first school etc. NO they ask your car color, we have 2 cars, changed several times in the last several years, favorite fruit, mine changes from day to day. AND do you think they have someone on duty to help you out of their dilemma, NO, wait until tomorrow or maybe Monday morning.
