  • I came in for a smog check. I had no appointment, and it took only 9 minutes from walking in to walking out. There is free coffee, ice cream, and water in the lobby. There's also free Wi-Fi. After I left, I was walking back to where I had parked my car when I came in (a bit far away), and the tech ran after me to show me where he parked it closer. At a minimum, you should visit this place to see how superb customer service is done.
