  • Do not get a loan from ssscu. I recently bought a new car and was financed with silver state. Went to pay my first bill and they do not accept payments from another bank online. If they do accept there are unreasonable fees associated with this service. They are basically forcing you to use their bank this way. Called the customer service number and waited in a que for an hour 3 times only to get disconnected or transferred to a non working extension. Will be refinancing asap. Silver state join the modern age, and realize that customer service is important. We have financial choices, and can choose to not do business with you.
