  • You can't tell a book by it's cover. I went in on Saturday to look for what I called "a casual jacket". Like another reviewer, I was greeted by a blank stare. Maybe I was in the wrong place but I would have appreciated being helped to understand that rather than being put in an inappropriate jacket and essentially left alone. Sorry guys, I'm an executive in a high tech firm. I may not have been dressed very well but you lost an opportunity. I'll not be back nor will I be recommending you. I went to another mens clothing store on Bayview and bought two jackets from them spending over $1200.
