I ordered a smokehouse burger with mashed potatoes. The BBQ sauce is amazing, plain and simple. It has the perfect amount of sweet and tangy. It didn't go too well with the thousand island sauce, but that's of little consequence. The setting is great and the prices are about average. It's a nice place to go to hang out with friends or with family. That said, I do have 3 complaints.
1. I ordered my burger medium-rare, and I received medium well.
2. I felt very rushed to eat. I was constantly asked if I'm finished. Do I need a box? etc. Yes I know you have a line and I'm only one person, but I would still like to enjoy my meal instead of scarfing it down.
3. This is the worst offense. I was watching the setting, and I noticed one waitress sneezed into her hand. At first I thought she was going to go to the restroom to wash it off, but nope. She turned and started to service another customer. Yuck.
