  • My water heater started leaking on Saturday night. By Sunday when I discovered it, the water had seeped through the wall to the adjoining bedroom. After calls to the insurance company and home warranty company, I was referred to Eco Dry. Within a couple hours, I'd had an initial visit to assess the damage and repair plan and the damage removal crew had arrived. The remediation team was prompt, courteous, professional and happily answered my questions. Within four hours after they arrived, the room was cleared of all damaged material and fans and filters were in place. They checked in with me the following day and stopped by the day after to check the moisture levels. Each employee I encountered from the initial call to the last visit was wonderful. The issue isn't totally resolved due a delay on the insurance company's side but I will utilize Eco Dry for the restoration as well. David from the reconstruction team has been terrific, walking me through the next steps with patience and solid information. I would strongly recommend them based on my experience and would contact them again in the future
