This is more in regard to their buying of your clothes, the store is cool but the buying is a joke. I was told I would get 30% of what they would sell the item for. I brought in a couple of shirts and jeans along with shoes. I was told the shoes were too worn. Three of them were over 15 years old but only worn a couple of times, they actually look brand new. When I looked at some of the shoes on their rack, they were disgusting. I sold for a lot less then I thought I would get. I went back a while later and found the clothes I sold them, and after doing the math I was given about 5% of what they were selling the clothes for, so to me that's false advertisement and lying to the customer. I am better off donating because this place will rip you off. Bummer I thought ethics would be included within their business operations.
