  • We were referred to Southwest Pool and Spa by American Home Shields. We decided to have them service our pool weekly after the "repairs" were completed. We have had nothing but issues since. They do not return calls, and our pool has been varying shades of green for months. We gave them several opportunities to remedy the issue but have finally decided that enough is enough and are changing pool service companies. The pool people do not speak English so communication was a challenge. They did not do a good job, and we were not getting our money's worth.
