rev:text	After leaving my review Amey reached out to me and had sincere apologies for my overall experience. She listened to my concerns and suggestions on where I felt our experience fell short. She has since implemented a new form of communication for clients in hopes that no other mommy falls through the cracks of communication. I am appreciative that she took the time to hear what I had to say and made a crucial change. I know she loves these babies and wants to help and she most definitely has the knowledge base to do so. I am willingly updating my review based on the mere fact that she acted so quickly to make a difference.
