| - We came in on a Sunday, and it wasn't busy. The hostess greeted us, and sat us at a very small table. (There were two of us) When we asked if we could be moved to a 4-top (So we could have room to share multiple plates, and put our coats, purses, etc) She looked at us and kind of snottily said "For just the two of you?!?!?" She put the menus down and walked away. Okay.....not a great first impression. Anyways, our server was nice...maybe a little over the top nice, but...still, nice. We ordered a flight, and then picked two beers after we sampled a little from each. She wanted us to drink all the beers in the flight and just "chill" before bringing us our choice? We didn't agree with that, since we didn't' like some of the beers in the flight.... but whatever...we chugged them down just so she'd bring our beers. We ordered a short rib sandwich with fries, and pierogis to share. They came out in less than 5 minutes and were cold. Meanwhile, we still didn't have our beers.... We mentioned it, and she immediately got the beers, took the cold pierogis back to the kitchen. She came back and said how embarrassed the kitchen staff was and said they wanted to remake everything.....So they did. The plates came out hot, food was hot, but seemed like they stuck it in the oven or microwave. Sandwich was actually REALLY delicious, but the pierogis were....eh...tough and not that great. She asked us if it were better, and we said yes, to which she replied "Great so you'll be back!!" No, sadly we won't. While we were appreciative for the food being remade, we drove almost 40 mins to try it out, and at best it was a mediocre experience. A fairly basic brewery and not really worth the drive. Sorry, Boss Dog. Not the best.
