  • Typical for an aloft. The only issue with this hotel was I am a backpacker and a loyal spg member because of work. But spg tends to be a little pricey if you are on a backpackers budget. Called the hotel the day before to inquire about parking and if it was free or if there was an extra fee. The man on the phone said " it's included in the room" but when we got there they wanted to charge for parking. We told the people at the desk that afternoon about the call the night before and they didn't seem to care. They said " we will remove it" but on the invoice the next morning it was there. So I had to call spg and tell them to remove it. I don't mind paying for parking but when I'm comparing the cost between one hotel and another and I call to inquire about parking have the right answer come on !!
