  • I like this store because I have a high profile Toyota Camper, and the other locations do not have the overhead bay clearance to raise my truck once inside the bay. Also I can walk around and shop, plenty of places to kill time, in Scottsdale Pavilions. Even tho the managers turn over or move around, they are always accomodating and very diligent at taking care of my issues. My Toyota camper has very HTF tires, 14" 8-ply trailer tires. I was there two days ago, the new Hankook tire they installed one month before, lost air pressure from 40 lbs down to only 15 in one month. It was due to a leaking stem. But I made appointment and they took care of it in 30 min. I give service 5 stars, but overall 4 stars because they do not have WiFi. I have been asking about WiFi about 5 years, and now they have a router on the wall, been there with no function for at least 6 months, but "Corporate" STILL has not progressed to activating the service. Corporate told the staff to "stop asking". Sounds like "Corporate", huh? All other car service chain stores, such as Midas, BrakeMasters, etc. all had WiFi since long ago. I think Discount Tire's prices are cheaper out-the-door from their competitor Big O. I don't know why this Talking Stick store is NOT included when you type "Discount Tire" in the search box, but the other stores nearby are all listed.
